Of course they can!. And, actually a man can get an erection even when he's not attracted!. One can be caused by physical contact, even if the guy doesn't want it to!. A lot of men (and women) experience physical arousal during an assault because the body reacts to the contact, even if they are mentally opposed to what's going on!. This adds to the guilt experienced following a rape, because the person feels like they somehow invited it or liked it even though they really didn't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Of course it's possible!. Men can have an erect penis due to attraction and still not want to engage in sexual relations!. Being forced into sexual relations= rape!. Anybody can rape anybody!. A guy's penis will get erected no matter what!.!.!.it just needs some kind of touch and boom it's erected!. well rape, maybe not!.!. but it is possible for a girl to sexually assault a guy, which would basically have the same penalties in a court!. no means no, so regardless to what you have done to a person sexually, if they didn't want it, you pay the consequences!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
