Question: How to get rid of my man boobs
i and relatively skinny, i can see my ribs and stuff, but for some reason my body stores all it's fat (or most of it anyways) in my chest!. I've also got a good amount but that doesn't bother me!. I've been doing pushups for a couple weeks now (i do them until im tired), and i've only seen a slight improvement in them!. Am i doing something wrong, or should i be doing a different exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do intervals (sprint for short distance then walk then repeat a few times) also do push up slowly 1 time then raise up your left arm in the air and let your right hand carry your weight!. Go back to one more push up then raise your right arm in the air and lean your weight on your left arm (make sure only your hand and feet are on the ground) doing this several times every other day will help!.

Wow!.!.there are a lot of moob questions lately!. If you don't want to wear a bro (man bra) then I think you are absolutely on the right track with exercising!. Man boobs are essentially fat on top of your pecs!. So basically you have to burn it off!. Also do incline, decline and regular bench about twice a week!. After about a month you will start to see results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might be just paranoid!. You can go to the doctor and he can try nolvadex or clomid!. Maybe surgery!. There are other ways of getting rid of it but they don't work for everyone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
