If you're serious about accomplishing this goal, I recommend you join a gym or get some dumbells!.

Here's what you need to do to Lose Man Boobs!.!.!.

1!. Start adding Turmeric into your Diet!. Turmeric is a spice (in the ginger family)!. It's been used for hundreds of years and is totally safe!. The benefit of adding Turmeric to your diet is that it concentrates fat burning to the chest area!. This little wonder spice will make your workouts a LOT more effective!.

do push up slowly 1 time then raise up your left arm in the air and let your right hand carry your weight!. Go back to one more push up then raise your right arm in the air and lean your weight on your left arm (make sure only your hand and feet are on the ground) doing this several times every other day will help!.

Other things such as sit ups or jump rope also helps!.!.!. All of these exercises will strengthen your man boobs and help tone it so it'll look smaller and more fit

Most likely the reason you have them is because you are over weight, I would try losing Weight!. If you want to hide your man boobs wear a Wife beater under your shirt that way your boobies are not going to Jiggle like JelloWww@Answer-Health@Com

um swimming, running up stairs, SPRINTING not jogging, bodyweight exercises like push upsa dn there alot of stuff you can do!. also riding bikes uphillWww@Answer-Health@Com
