Question: I want to have big pecs without doing bench presses!. HELP!!

Just doing push-ups worked for me!. I do at least 50 push-ups every morning; if thats too many try 20 or 30 and gradually build yourself up!. Combined with working out at the gym you should notice an increase in strength and size in quite a short space of time!.

Use some variety in the push-ups - hands spread further apart, feet on a stability ball or a chair, one-handed, etc!. Check out this video for more ideas: http://my!.break!.com/content/view!.aspx!?Co!.!.!.

Weighted pushups are a good substitute for bench press!.

Get a old backpack and put rocks in it!. Keep increasing the weight of rocks as you strengthen!. Later you can have a person stand on your shoulders as you do the pushups!.

For incline you can put your feet on a chair or table instead of the floor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its the only way, pushups will only get u lean, if u wanna get big from anywhere u gotta lift heavyWww@Answer-Health@Com
