I consistently get hard when nude in the locker rooms even if I am there all by myself!.
When others are present (other men I don't know), I try to cover it up by wrapping a towel around my waist!. Should I do this or try to ignore it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not normal if this happens when in company of men; if this happens in other places (public) normal, if you are getting erect because you are showering with others(behavior issue) you best be careful for some will feel that your excitement is geared toward them--see you as gay; those of a gay nature will not have issue but it depends on your feelings so be aware of what is causing this---gay feelings, open environment--public showers, seeing men in the nude once you know what is causing your erections try to change this unless you feel comfortable with this do however cover up not everyone likes to see a guy fully erect while in the showers, Www@Answer-Health@Com
this is normal for any guy!. you can get an erection whether u are sexually aroused or not!. if you're in the locker room after some activity, it gets the blood flowing which results in getting an erection easily because an erection happens when your penis swells with blood!. if you cover it, the feeling of the towel may feul your erection or not, it's up to you but if the guys in there understand then ignore it!. good luck and hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have worked for a urologist for 12 years!. Erections are all about blood flow and nerves!. I assume you are in a locker room after having exercised/worked out/played sports, etc!., and that does get the blood flowing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
