How to loose 4-6 pounds a week?!


Question: How to loose 4-6 pounds a week!?
I am 17 years old and I last time I weighed myself I weighed in at 200lbs on the dot!. I don't look like I weigh that much which is surprising because I am only 5ft 2in!. My goal weigh is 135 because at that weight my BMI would be 24!.6 I believe which is a "normal weight" I know losing 4-6lbs a week might not be too heathly but I would just like to do it!. I would like exercises and food diets included or links to any FREE diet plan websites that allow that much weigh loss to be a goal weight loss instead of just 2lbs a week!. Please bare with me and do not give me lectures on how this is not healthy!. I am a teenager and I am tired of getting teased because of my weight!. Please help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay well I'm going to tell you what you don't want to hear and tell you that it is unhealthy but also you don't want to loose that much because you will gain it all back very easily!. If you go out of your diet one time you could gain back 10 pounds!. The good thing to do would be to loose about 2-3 pounds a wekk that way you won't gain it all back very easily!. A good way to loose weight would be to take what you are eating and cut it in half and do about 20 minutes of cardio a day!. I am helping one of my female friends loose weight and she is in the same boat you are!. I helped her loose 30 pounds in a month and a half that way!. So don't go crazy and aim for too much too soon because you don't want to be gaining the weight back!. just stick to eating half of what you do and do cardio 20 mins a day (If you are walking for an excercise then you have to do it for an hour everyday any less than that doesn't count as excercise) and the wieght will start comming off!. Hello!. If you have a slow metablolism Drink 16 ounces of water before you eat anything!. This will increase metabolism!. And You should Start running and working out!.
