well, yeah, you are getting stronger but the muscle soreness is from lactic acid which is produced when your muscles are worked in a way that they are not used to!. As you continue to exercise your muscles will build and get used to doing what you are making them do and they won't produce the lactic acid!. Sore muscles are great because it means you were actually "doing" something!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, when you work out your basically putting tears (per-say) into your muscles, as the tears heal new muscle is being formed thats why it hurts and it means that your muscles are getting bigger Www@Answer-Health@Com
