Free-Weights work out plan?!


Question: Free-Weights work out plan!?
I am starting to Lift again and need a routine!.!.!. I go to the Gym monday, tuesday, thursday, and friday!.!.!. they have every kind of free weight I just need a little guidence on what to do and when to do it!.!.!. I havent lifted without a buddy in years so im a little rusty!.!.!. thanks for the help!

Monday/Thursday : 'Push" day - Squats, Bench, overhead press, all 3 sets of 5 reps!.

Tuesday/Friday: Pull day - Deadlifts, bent over row's, pullups!.

Add some ab work in to any of the above!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well talk to a person trainer!. the gym i go to has their own!.
