im 12 and im skinny!. like people make fun of me because im small around the body area!. but im really tall!.
ive always wanted to get upperbody strenght!. i can BARELY do ONE goood pushup!. i feel stupid!. i play volleyball, basketball, and i used to play soccer!. but i need help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can life dumb bells or yoga or even make a routine out of doing a workout dvd!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
just work on ur push ups right now and when ur 14 u can start lifting but as of now just do push ups or try to Www@Answer-Health@Com
