Question: A question about steam room!?
i recently joined a health club, and i like to use the steam room / hot tub after working out!. i find myself very relaxed and even a bit 'aroused' inside the steam bath room!.!.!. is this normal at all!? i even find myself become semi erect a few times, i wonder why!? thanks!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Relax!. It's pretty normal especially if you had a work out before!. As you sweat, more blood flows through your body as your heart pumps harder so you would get an erection along the way!.
