Question: Weird cramp around my heart!!!!
Yesterday at about half-way through football practice I got this excruciating pain around my heart and I had it all night last night!. It hurts mostly when I breathe in and when i looked there this morning, there's this weird bump right below my left nipple!. I'm a 14 year old male and I'm really healthy, but I think somethings wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't panic!. It could be many things!. I get it a lot around this time of year, and I doubt it's your heart!. It's either your gall bladder or you lung!. It depends on the area of the pain!. If it's in the middle of the left section of your chest than it is probably your lung!. If it is lower and around the 3rd or 4th rib, then it's probably your gall bladder!.
I've been having the same problem with both sides of my lungs!. It feels as though you have a rock in your chest, right!?
I suggest talking to your doctor about a strong decongestent!. I've been having to take some recently and they make me really drowsy, but the pain is near nonexistent!.
As for the lump!.!.!. Is it the "lump" that's hurting, or is it deeper down!? How big is the lump and is it inflamed!? Because of the area you say it is, it is very likly that it's a swollen lymph node!. It's usually harder to tell if it's swollen in women, but since you're male, it is very likely that that's the case!.
You're probably just getting really bad allergies from playing football!. Have you ever had allergies before!? How long have you been playing football!? These are questions you should ask yourself and probably give the answers to your doc!.

Do not hesitate!. Lean toward being safe and taking care of yourself!. Not to scare you, but too many times we read about a young athelete collapsing on the field from a heart problem!.

Please go see a doctor, it could be a fractured rib (since you seem to have a chest deformity, and since you play contact sports)!.

if its a bump, im not quite sure what it is!. but if its more of a lump, then there is a chance it might be cancerous!. you should see your doctor IMMEDIATELY so in case its something harmful, you can catch it early!. get better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
sometimes i get gas in my chest which makes it kinda painful to breath in or even exhale hard!.might not be your problem though!.is it possible you pulled a muscle in your chest or shoulder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
