What is a good weight lifting program and diet to gain mass and more importantly!


Question: What is a good weight lifting program and diet to gain mass and more importantly, weight!?
I'm 6'4" and 180 pounds!. I've never been able to put on weight!. I eat well, but don't have allot of money to be buying expensive supplements!. I seem to hover around the same weight /- 10 pounds!. I need a diet plan and weight lifting program!.I'd appreciate the help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Below is a link for a great training program for Hard Gainers!.
Your diet will require the addition of quality calories!. You should eat good meals with lots of lean protein and carbs!. A lot of people that are told to eat more calories start eating lots of fast food - not good!. You get the calories but also a lot of fat!. Some McMeals are fine in your case but dont go overboard!.
Avoid a lot of cardio at first!. Try to get some size building up and then you can cut up as needed with some cardio and reduction of caloies later if needed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
