Question: I Need Help Can You Please Help me!?
I am very overweight,and only 17!. I sweat ALOT and i noticed lumps in my arm pit area!. They come and go!. One day i got freaked out and went to the Dr's!. he wasnt that concerned at all and said it was a "blocked gland" and gave me these red capsuls!. The antibiotics caused it to pop and eventually go away!. I notice that I only get a lump when I apply deodorant!. I used to use anti-perspirant, so i switched to regular (old spice) and it came back again!. I quit using it though!. I look online and see all this cancer stuff and people dieing from it and i get scared!. i really dont want to die! Please tell me that this is ok, im REALLY scared!. Now like i said i am very overweight and pre-diabetic!. I have over come alot of diet changes and lost 25 lbs!. I used to be 400 lbs now i am 376!. I also go through alot of exercise now, and i know for a fact that my arm rubs against the arm pit alot!. can that have something to do with it!? pleas help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop using an anti-perspirant!. Use ONLY a good quality deodorant!. Anti perspirants cause pores to swell & won't let your under arms sweat to get the toxins out of your body!. Those pores need to be kept open!. They are the body's natural air conditioning system!. If the pores are swollen, the toxins back up into your system & cause problems - like swelling & lumps, etc!. Deodorants stop odors but do not stop wetness!. Go to a Health Food Store & see if they have Shaklee Cream Deodorant!. It is very strong & you only need to use a little dab to cover under arm!. Any chance you are allergic to the deodorant!? Also, your skin rubbing together can be a factor too!. It's not entirely normal, but it isn't abnormal either!. But you're ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was about 208 last year and now I am 168!. I am also 17!. My sugestion is to start out by riding a bike for long amounts of time everyday!. I used to ride about 1 hr!. a day (going as fast as I could)!. then, when you feel able to, start jumping rope and try to be able to work up to 30 min a day!. Then, (or before then), you should try to run!. I remember I was mostly fat and now I am in way better shape!. Also, try to get started on a weight lifting program as well as eating less!.
