This might give you a boost!. This is a way you can gain 1 or 2 inches by stretching the spine!. Wear light uwear (or nothing) that will not restrict you!. Lie on your back, bring knees to forehead, and later to ears, and later to the floor!. It might take 2 weeks to reach that far!. Do not overdo it!. Then after each stretch lie on stomach and lift your chest with your arms and look at ceiling overhead as far back as you can, letting your legs and pelvis hang or stay on the floor!. yes there is ok im 15 and i used to be 4,9 for 3 years straight UNTILL i started working out and exersising first off if you are chubby fat or whatever like i was work it off because the fat keeps your bones from growing because the weight second go up to a wall and put your arms ups and stretch as far as you can without going on your tippy toes!.and lastly keep yourself motivated and happy because that makes your body feel better and its not puberty cuz i was stalling and my parents and family are very short and im 15 taller than my dad and i went to 4,9 to 5,4 in about a 2 yearsWww@Answer-Health@Com
