Question: I have inverted nipples
ya, i am 13 and my nipples go in!. they come out when i am cold or "Attracted" but still then they are wide and flat!. I was wondering if there is anything i can do to gget them normal!. my cousin has same problem he is my age but my dad nor his dad doesnt, could it be genetics and can it be just from puberty!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I WOULD NOT rub any muscle relaxants such as bengay or icy hot!. This can burn your skin!. Nipples are not made of muscle but of tissue!. I belive inverted nipples are due to genes and they are nothing out of this world!. However there is surgery available to change their appearance if they really bother you!. That's pretty much all you can do!. As you grow older though, you'll more than likely get used to them and not feel so self conscious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try rubbing a muscle relaxant cream such as icy-hot or bengay on them on a regular basis for a while (a couple of weeks or so)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
