After just taking one you'll probably be fine, it shouldn't make any noticeable difference!. It can cause nausea though in women so I guess it's the same in men hence the "dodgy" feeling unless that was psychological!.
It would only have an impact if a guy took a lot, I reckon more than a week's worth!. He would start developing more female characteristics like breast growth!.
