How fast or slow should i lift the weights when working out!


Question: How fast or slow should i lift the weights when working out
like when i do lat pull downs should i go slowly and feel the burn or go quicker maybe do the first two sets faster and the last slow!?!? i wanna build muscle how should i do it for best results!.!.actually with all workouts like bench press push ups pull ups dumbell curls tricept extensions etc etc!.!.!? should i do the reps fast slow and hold it!.!.hold just the last one for an extra 5 secs how should i do it!?

Lift for and hold for 4 seconds, release and let down for 8!. For example, lift, hold, and count to four, then slowly let down, counting to eight!.

Dont lift fas, that would be vstupid, do it as a normal speed!. You'll pass out if you lift fast, N do sets!. I do 4 sets of 6-8!. N do sets every 30 seconds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it should go very slowly like five sec for each rep!Www@Answer-Health@Com
