Hahaha, the only way is to do cardio exercise to remove that fat!. Also increasing your protein intake and reducing your carbs!.
I suggest swimming because It involves a lot of muscles and a lot of the abs!. If not just run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing sit ups and crunches will just increase your 4 pack to a 6 pack but you still won't be able to see it because of your fat!.!. so do plenty of cardio! Like jumping jacks, bicycling, swimming, or skipping!. It deff!. worked for me! (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
