I didn't start shaving (regularly) until I turned 14, but I did shave every once in a while starting when I was 13!. The only time to start shaving is when there is hair growing there to shave off!. If you're ten and growing hair already and don't want to be the only kid in your class with a beard, then yes, shave! No hair=no shave! Www@Answer-Health@Com
