I'm 14, shaving, and have armpit and pubic hair!.
But I still haven't had my growth spurt (I'm supposed to be 5'8 at 21)
I started puberty at age 12 but still nothing, and I'm 5'3!. Is this normal or should I have had my growth spurt by now!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is normal, for a growth spurt doesn't always happen when you want!. You may be in the middle of puberty before your growth spurt!. You're still at the beginning of puberty and as your body starts to grow and mature, you'll have a growth spurt!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You may not like this answer!.!.!. I was supposed to reach six feet in height but stopped at 5'6" because of my sexual development!. I have size 12 feet!.!.!. the assessment of my adult height was based on foot size and my height at age two I think it was!. My brothers are all 6'2" but they had puberty later!. I developed sexually at 11 or 12 and had body hair and shaved every day by the time I was 14!.
That said, your height is not bad for your age!. Height seems to be mainly genetic but it is also an ethnic feature very often!. Are you of a different family background than the people around you!?
You could try to ask a doctor about your height!.!.!. for young children at least they have a test where they x-ray the hands and have a doctor guess the age from bone growth without knowing the actual patient age!.!.!. this was done on my children to determine if early puberty was going to lead to them being short!.!.!. the answer in their case was that it would not!. They are in middle school now and they are taller than me!. They however had gotten hairy but not actually completed sexual maturation as I had by 12!.

do not mention this case when i was 16 it start growth!. in every body it is different it is depend on you and your genetic !.you are noooooooooooooooooormal Www@Answer-Health@Com
