One of my roomates is from Italy and he wears these little bikini deals!. He constantly itches his balls too ( nasty) I always wear cotton boxers myself,Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends on the fabric!. cotton is the best thing to wear because it enables your skin to breathe and doesnt trap in bacteria like other materials such as silk!. in fact, if too much bacteria gets trapped in there you can wind up with an infection, hence why doctors always recommend that you wear cotton undies to avoid getting a UTI or yeast infection (thats for women!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's probably due to the fact that his testicles don't have room to breath, thus making his genitals sweat more and the salt from the sweat causing him to itch!. If his body's allergic to the material in the bikini, he would also itch, but he'd have a rash!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
