They are not the best exercise for your back but wide armed pushups would work the muscles along the back of shoulder blades well!. Superman curls are good for the long muscles running down your back!. Just lie on stomach with your arms stretched out in front of you then lift both your feet and arms up at same time!. Hold as long as you can then slowly let down and repeat as many time as you can manage!. This also helps prevent back pain if you do a lot of sit-ups as it balances out the muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
