Question: Have I finished growing yet!?!?
im 15, 5ft 8/9 and im just tipping 10 stone, my bmi is fine etc!.!. a few months ago i started to gain weight ( i have a really fast metabolism ) and then i began to grow again and shot up, now ive stopped growing again (touch wood) and am finally gaining some good weight at an easy level, where as before it wouldnt gain!.
Could i possibly have finally stopped growing!? I really hope so!.

Probably not although you should start growing more slowly as most males don't finish rowing until their late teens and therefore you still have a couple of years to go!.

i doubt you have! but in fairness girls like guys over 6ft! eventually your growth will turn from upwards to producing muscle and you'll fill out! eat like a horse dude! you'll need to!Www@Answer-Health@Com
21-23 because that's when the brain fully developed!. But if u mean stop growing in height is about 16-18Www@Answer-Health@Com
