go for a 20 minute jog, then after a few weeks, when 20 minutes become easy for you, go for a 40 minute jog, and keep increasing etc!.
you don't have to go for a 20 minute jog, if its too hard for you, you can set the bar lower!. but don't set the bar TOO low!. you have to challenge yourself!. but don't challenge yourself too hard that you'll risk exahustion!.

More "practice" alone and with a partner, and mind control, dont think about the finish, think about other things during the act and youll last longer, but tbh, as long as u finish her off, time doesnt matter much ;)

I built stamina through practice!. I can now run 10 miles in one go, up from 2 miles about a year ago!. Just run every day and your stamina will increase well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
