This is normal, and you just need to keep your testicle skin lubricated and eventually it'll be smooth and soft!. It is perfectly normal, for one testicle to be higher than the other!. You are either using soap that is drying out your skin or you aren't bathing properly!. No matter what else you do, you won't fix this problem until you correct this!. Use lotion ot moisturizer, but stay away from mineral oil products!.
