it is very very hard to hold it in!. not going to lie!. it is a natural part, you could slow down to make sex last longer!. but its all about synch!. if he holds it in, then the semen will flow down into the testicles, and make what they call "blue balls"!.

Its very difficult to do and it takes a lot of practice and "timing" is very important!. He has to be in touch with his body and know his warning sensations, so that he holds back in time!. you can't hold the ejaculation but you can still go at it for more until the second ejaculation that's as far as i gone i have not attended the third one!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
