he is a boy 18 years - 84 kg and 1,70 cm
but he have a lil bit big chest and he is soo sad
he can choose his clothes
and he is soo shy from this
and really thats make me sad cuz he is like my brother
is there any way to make his chest smaller like any boy is his age !?

No!. If this is a deformity he needs to check with his doctor as he is the only one that can tell him if there is a way to change it!. Genes are the usual reason for it!.
