you aren't gross, this is normal for teen boys!. You are simply curious about other guys genitals and that's normal!. Alot of guys even want to touch another guy!. but its pure curiosity and totally unspoken!. not strange at all!. you sound totally normal!. most guys at some point in their lives feel the same way!. you could try going to the gym together!. where they have open showers or a sauna!. or you could have sleep overs where you just wear boxers or something and start from there!. once you're comfortable enough and start talking about sex and girls/guys then start mentioning masturbation and how often etc, and at some point mention masturbating and if everyone is horny enough you could all have a group session!.
this would also depend on the type of friends you have, how open they are and how close you are to them!. also depends on the person as well!.

Actually, this is quite more occurent than most think!. It's been dully noted in many Men's Health magazines!. Typically a place to see other men naked would be gym showers or after team events!. There is nothing strange about wanted to compare your body to others!. You could also try your local pool for viewing some of the "parts" you wish to compare!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
A lot of teens going through puberty want to see the bodies of others of the same sex, and even to go a little further by playing around, but it does not necessarily mean they are gay!.
