i do not know what you mean by the mouth is big!. I am not sure what you mean by the fluid is coming quickly as to whether you come quickly or you have a lot of pre-come and it occurs easily!. Premature ejaculation usually happens more in younger guys and if you are planning on having sex with someone you need to have a release a head of time to help delay your next release!.
