Question: Is there supposed to be extra skin under the head of a circumcised penis !?
Is this the skin the penis has left to grow into, girth or length!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Most likely your just not done growing yet and thats the skin you have to left to grow into, im not 100% sure, but thats my best guess, good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like the frenulum!. so yes it's supposed to be there!. google frenulum to see what i mean!. if it doesn't look like it then it might be left over from your circumcision!. you can get rid of it by doing a recircumcision or talk to your doc about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When circumcising a baby boy it is hard to judge how much skin to take off and how much to leave!.

It is better for a doctor to err on the side of leaving more because that is better than cutting too much off!.

A lot of guys have some loose skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some circumcisions are 'tighter' than others!. The Doctor who did you has obviously left a little foreskin there!. It's possible that you will 'grow into it' or it might just always be there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
