2" x 1" is an impossible size for an erect penis!. If it was your size, no solution exists!. I'm confident, however, that it's not your erect size!.

Use more lube on the outside!. Unless there is something odd about the penis shape it should stay on normally if you have put adequate lubrication on the outside before you have intercourse!. Take your strokes more easily, and not to be too rough!.
