Can anyone help me!.
There is 2 weeks till i go back to school and i want to lose them before that so!.!.!. any ideas!. P!.S I'm only 12 and have little money or time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will be surprised to know how much change can be brought about in your physique in just two weeks!. All you have to do is control you diet!. Cut down on the fats!. It took a lot of self-control for me, but in the end I managed to do it!. You can too!. Anyway, monitor your diet, but make sure you do not become anorexic!. Exercise!. If you have a treadmill at home, spare 20 to 30 minutes of decent exercise-time everyday!. Note that I am not saying strenuous exercise, which could be harmful for your young and growing muscles!. Or if you don't have a treadmill, visit your local gym!. If you're in America, local gyms abound!. Plus they offer better exercise equipment than treadmill!. Withal I would also advocate eating (or sucking on; whichever you prefer to call it) citruses like lemon and grapefruit, because they are said to contain something that gets rid of body fat!. Just make sure you take enough to still have a healthy enamel!. ;)
So as you can plainly see, a proper (balanced) diet and exercise is all you need, and I'm sure at the end of two weeks the results will be satisfactory!. Also try out this!. Place your palms on your 'man boobs' and rotate them in circles, so as to attempt to loosen the fat out!. It may be a fallacy but its satisfactory!. Jog!. Cheap and effective!. Twice a day!. Start off walking and running and increase it every day!. Push yourself hard!. No pain, no gain!. Jog seven days a week, twice a day!. Warm up properly!. Do as many press ups as you can manage and increase it by one every session!. Do at least two sessions a day!. Swim!. Lots, if you can afford it!. In the sea if you can, it's free!. Stand up straight!. Feet shoulder distance apart!. Arms at your side!. Raise arms so they are parallel to the ground out sideways!. Circle forward small circles and increase as slow as is comfortable!. Big loop at the end then decrease circle size back to the start and small circles!. Repeat but go backwards!. Do each 5 times three times a day, every day, seven days a week at least!. Dress in loose comfortable clothes!. If you cannot jog then fast walking, as fast as you can and go up steps or up hill as much as you can!. Push yourself, hard!. Get the blood pumping and you will feel much better!. Cut out all the sweets and chocolate!. Low sugar drinks only!. Try and get a good diet, lots of fruit and veg!. You should ask to see a doctor!. There are treatments for this condition and if it is causing you a lot of grief you can have it done on the NHS (if youare in UK)!. Do something about it now as it won't clear up of it's own accord - and dieting can make them more prominent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't really lose any manboobs in 2 weeks!.!.!.

But you should definitely do something about it!. I'd recommend controlling the amount of calories you take in, and start exercising!.!.!.

do some sit ups, but your only 12 dont worry to much try to be more sure of yourself, your body will sort it out as you approach you late teens, just watch your diet + exercise frequently your p!.e teacher and parents should help you as i say your 12 chill be a kid your not yet a teenWww@Answer-Health@Com

*eats less fats and count your calories
*go jogging and swimming (breaststroke especially good for chest)
*and do as many press-ups as you can when you get out of bed in the morning and when you go to bed a night!.

It's impossible in so short a time!. Just begin now with exercising and healthy eating and before you know it, you'll lose them!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go on a little diet : eat lots of fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water (like 10 cups a day) and do exercises - run, swim, etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
