Answers:
You have paraphimosis!. You do not need to be circumcised to fix this problem!. Use a cold compress to reduce the swelling and get you foreskin back into place!. After you've recovered, practice stretching the opening of your foreskin a little wider each day with your fingers!. It may be more effective if you do this in the bath or shower!. Eventually you should get the opening stretched wide enough that it can slide behind your glans and back forward with ease, even when you're erect!. If for some reason stretching doesn't work, you can see a doctor to get a cream to help relax the skin, and in extreme cases they can take a snip to widen it!. But again, circumcision is not necessary!. There's no reason to throw away your whole foreskin just because it has this minor, correctable problem!.

Once you've begun to retract your foreskin, it's important to keep this area clean!. At least once each day, retract your foreskin as far as you can without it hurting or getting stuck, and wash your glans and the part of your foreskin that was inside with warm clean water!. Wash away any white material you find in there (smegma)!. You can use a mild soap if you want, but just water is sufficient if the soap is uncomfortable!. Wash away all of the soap too, then dry your penis and fold the foreskin back over the glans!. (The glans is the part of your penis under the foreskin - the head of your penis!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wrap some ice in a towel or washcloth, wrap it around your penis and the erection will subside and the foreskin will be able to pulled forward!. Or put your thumb on the top of the glans and push downward toward your stomach, and it should pop right up again!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dang, after that you might have to get circumsized!. There are some legit, justified reasons for circumsion and that's one of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
