My abs are not in line with each other, why?!


Question: My abs are not in line with each other, why!?
the abdominal muscels on each side are off set, almost like interlaced fingers --_--_--_ instead of = = =
iive never been injured or anything like that, and there is no pain!. im a really active guy i just dont get it!. is there something i can do to fix itWww@Answer-Health@Com

it's very common!. most people never have low enough body fat to ever see the entire abdominal wall!.

the rectus abdominis is a single paired muscle separated by connective tissue in the middle!. so one side of the muscle can attach higher or lower than the other!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. there is absolutely nothing wrong with you! I have abs like that too!. U know the funny thing!? i really wanted to get perfect abs but when i saw the way they were when they started forming, i almost freaked out cos they didn't look normal!. But now they look beautiful to me and i love them just the way they are!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

not everuy ones abs are perfectly aligned, actually its very rare that someone's are, theres nothing wrong with you, and different exercises wont change the placement of your muscles, its kinda like how one arm is always slightly longer than the otherWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well nobody is perfectly symmetrical!.!.!. I've seen pro bodybuilders that, at least from their photos, have abs like you describe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

actually i have seen that before it is normal for some guys!.!.
