Okay, I have to know!. I have small pimples on my genitals, but not on my penis!. I have never had sex and am 14!. What could this be!? Please reply!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be because of sweating!. It has been hot and if you sweet a lot it can cause rash/pimples!. Try washing, using baby powder/corn starch and let air get to it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
They could just be places where hair is beginning to grow!. These spots are small and should be similar in color to the rest of the scrotum!.
