Would a male know if he has a genital hernia!? If so is there a way that he can do the whole turn you head and cough without going to the doc(my doc is out of town all week)

Palm Fox is wrong!. That is an examination for abnormalities of the testicles, not a check for a hernia!.
If you don't know what to look for, you can't do this yourself, and it's hard to describe!. If you don't have a lot of pain, and there isn't any apparent abnormal mass in the scrotum, there shouldn't be an emergency, however, if you have pain, go to an emergency room!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a hot shower!. Then, proceed to feel the testicles!. Using the thumb, pointer, and middle finger you will roll the testicle around in your hand applying slight pressure!. Your pointer and middle finger will be on the bottom while the thumb is on the top and rolls the testicle!. You will feel a rope you can say!. that is the tube which carries your sperm!.DONT BE ALARMED!. What your would be looking for is a lump of any sort!.
