I'm not sure how the testicle could be moving into your leg!.!.!. the scrotum isn't attached to the leg! The only other option is that you've had an inguinal hernia and that when you ejaculate the cremaster reflex can occur retract properly and causes lateral movement of your testicle!. You really need to see a doctor if you are experiencing pain however!.

When you are a toddler, your testicles are lodged in two small cavities in the groin called the inguinal canals!. As you get older, they drop out of these cavities into the scrotum where they remain at a cooler temperature to produce sperm!.
The suspension of the testicles is controlled by the cremaster muscle!. This muscle helps lower and raise the testicle from and closer to the body to maintain the optimum temperature for sperm production!.
It also serves another purpose that is to protect the testicles from injury by pulling them up into the cavities from which they descended!.
When you ejaculate it is likely that the orgasm is triggering the cremaster reflex and cause the testicle to enter the cavity!. You should be able to just pop it down by gently pushing above it!.
This may well cause discomfort as it is an unusual sensation, but it certainly should never cause you pain!. If you are experiencing pain rather than discomfort, then you should talk to your doctor but it is likely to be nothing!.
