Answers:
It could be a lot of things, ranging in severity!.

"Blood in the stool can be bright red, maroon in color, black and tarry, or occult (not visible to the naked eye)!. Causes of blood in stool range from harmless, annoying conditions of the gastrointestinal tract such as hemorrhoids to serious conditions such as cancer!. Blood in the stool should be evaluated by a healthcare professional!. "

We have to distinguish the blood mixed with the feces - and in that case it will be dry and black - and the new blood coming out from the Rectum wall - and in that case the blood will be flesh and red (normal)!. In the first case blood almost digests will be coming from the stomach due to some "gastric ulcerous"!. Often people even don't notice it!. The second case supposes some injury to the intestine as like as hemorrhoids breaking during feces (probably too hard!) passage!. Of course that only are suppositions while the problem of your man could get different and graver cause even!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the stool is dark (tarry stool), the source maybe upper GI tract or swallowed blood ie, bleeding stomach ulcer, epistaxis and subsequent swallowed blood, cancer or imflammatory conditions!.

If the blood is fresh - bright red!.!.!.it may suggest lower source of the bleeding ie!. colon carcinoma, bleeding hemorrhoids, inflammatory diseases of the bowels etc!. etc!.

Disease conditions has no respect whether you have insurance or not, nor whether you are rich or poor!

I suggest you see a doctor or go to some free clinics in your area!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

PLEASE Go see a doctor!. I forget what it is, but my dad had that for a while, and he was really stubborn about going to the hospital, but when he finally went they told him if he would of waited six more hours he would of bled to death!. It's possible!. Regardless just go to the doctor right this minute, it's worth paying off instead of having someone die!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dark blood + dark stools = (GI) bleed, could be from an ulcer or many other things!.

Light blood= irritation from internal or external sources!.(penetration, hemorrhoids, food allergy

Blood Tinge = Most likely just wiped to hard!.

Bottom line is go to a clinic and get checked up, better now then later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
