It's normal!. Let it out! But na, happens to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nocturnal erections help the body get rid of sperm that have aged and need to be removed!. They are called "wet dreams" since there is often some ejaculate produced!. An erection is made by blood entering sacs in the penis!. It flows in to make it erect, but doesn't go anywhere until the erection starts to go down!. You should not feel any "flow" at all!. It may be your attention to the erection caused it to continue longer than it would have otherwise!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It prob just wasn't a full erection!. In order to even get an erection, there has to be increased blood flow!. It is physically impossible to have an erection if there is no blood flow to the penis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can not have an erection without blood flow period! It's normal to get hard in your sleep, go to pee and you won't have one until is early in the morning!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
