Is this right for bulk training?!


Question: Is this right for bulk training!?
I was told that 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 reps was okay!.
Is this optimal for building mass!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
When i weight train i lift as heavy a weight as i can, so pushing myself i can do like 5 reps
as less reps and more weights makes you bulk up
