All U have 2 do is BE PATIENT, okay!.
U're body will still grow ti'll U're about 18 to 21 years old!.
Also remember that some boys U're age R way smaller than U at that age so U're lucky 2 have a 5 incher penis at 14 so it's totally NORMAL!.

This is actually a little large for a growing boy still in the beginning of puberty!. You have about 6 years left and you're the average size for an adult!. The average adult male penis is about 5-6 inches and you're that size now!. By the time you've completed puberty, you'll be around 6-7 inches, which is good!.
