Question: Should my husband see a doctor for testicle pain!?
He says it only comes about once every 4-5 months but he says it's like a dull pain, feels like something is twisting, the last time felt nausea a little!. It lasts a few hours (the last time about 6 hours) then goes away!. I insist he see a doctor but he insists that he is fine!. He says it's been going on since he was a teen!. Says it kind of feels like blue balls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your husband should see a urologist who specializes in this sort of problem!. He could be at risk for testicular torsion, which is a medical emergency and quite painful!.

He should not wait until it lands him in the ER and things will be a lot more difficult at that stage!. The urologist can order an ultrasound to help diagnose the problem!.
Ask your husband to go the urologist as a favor to you if he does not want to go for himself!.

I can only tell you that I have experienced exactly the same thing, also since my teens, also with that frequency, and that it normally coincides with excess gas in the tummy, which (I believe) is putting pressure on my prostate--thus the testicular pain!.
Or it could be an actual twisting of the testicles; that happens!. They normally just untwist on their own!.
Or maybe he slept on it wrong or his pants were too tight!. That can cause temporary discomfort!.
I've never been to the doctor about it either, so I can understand why he isn't motivated to go!.
