Answers:
Soreness is an inefficient way of seeing whether or not you got a good workout, so don't assume if you aren't sore that your workout was no good!.

Your workout was good if you used proper form, used a heavy weight that you could only lift 4-8 times per set, and if the last few reps for each set were very difficult and tough to complete!.

The post-workout meal you listed was good (I'm assuming that is immediately after your workout)!. Make sure you eat a large meal 1 hour after your workout too, it should be your highest-calorie meal of the day, that is when your muscles need it most!.

It is ok to workout your chest, triceps, and shoulders tomorrow, I usually do 2 muscle groups in a workout session, but 3 is fine!. I would recommend you first workout chest, then shoulders, then triceps!.

Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

IF YOU HAVE HAD A GOOD WORKOUT, YOU WILL BE THE SOREEST, ABOUT TWO DAYS LATER, IF YOU ARE TRYING TO BUILD MUSCLE DONT WAIT UNTIL THE SORENESS GOES COMPLETELY AWAY!. I WOULD WAIT TWO DAYS AFTER CHEST TO DO TRIS, OR DO THEM THE SAME DAY AS CHEST AS THEY ARE A LOT OF THE CHEST WORKOUT!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

180 cals is nothing!. you should aim for 1000cal immediately after a workout!.

soreness is normal if you have pushed yourself hard!. it is a good sign!.
dont exercise the sore muscle groups until theyve stopped feeling sore!.
this may take up to 5 daysWww@Answer-Health@Com

Humm!.!.!.!.!.!.!. sounds like you just need the minerals I talked about in the other post I gave you!. Should be simple enough to fix in about 3 days if you double up doses for a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
