Question: Why did my face twitch/face shake when I was with my friends !?
I was with friends that I haven't hanged with in a long time!.
I was nervous which is the first sign, but hey !.!.!. I don't want to be nervous to the point where anyone is paying attention can notice I'm nervous!.
Is a face twitch/shake noticeable to anyone else !?

definitely nervous!. When i get anxiety my hands shake and i get random shivers, it sucks if this is how your body deals with it, however not much you can do about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
