Keep it like it is!. As long as you keep it clean (every shower), then if anything girls will like it more because it is a little different!.

I'm not a girl, but in my opinion you should get your penis circumcised!. An uncircumcised penis is harder to keep clean and more prone to infection!. I have also heard that women tend to like circumcised penis more!. If you have a good doctor it shouldn't hurt that much!.
