Answers:
These are neurological symptoms, and they are not to be ignored!. He needs to be examined by a doctor as soon as possible!.

What you described sounds like a mini-stroke!. Notably, you said his "arm", not arms, and "leg" not legs!. That points to a potential problem in one hemisphere of the brain!.

I would contact your family physician immediately, or go to an ER!.

Update: If he's in the military, he has access to unlimited medical care and testing!. He just needs to get in touch with the right medical personnel to start the evaluation process!. Granted, he may work for insensitive individuals, but the medical service personnel are generally a bit more understanding!. When he gets off duty, tell him to report to the proper medical personnel and explain his symptoms!. This may be more of a chronic problem developing, than an acute one!. Which means he should have plenty of time to get checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Those are symptoms of fever except for the sore arm!. The arm might be unrelated!.!.!. or he might have had a stroke!. In any case, he should get checked out by a pro!.

If he did have a seizure he would not be conscious of the side effects!. Mini-mal and grand-mal seizures both involve a level of unconsciousness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell him to go to the hospital or doctor!.The doc can do some test to know what really happened to him and treat the problem!.It's a little confused because sometimes after a person has a seizure he or she has pain in legs or arms for the shaking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Two words; ambulance and emergency!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
