White spots on my arm...?!


Question: White spots on my arm!.!.!.!?
Alright when ever its cold outside or im just cold or sometimes they just appear i have little spots my my arms that appear they are white!.!.!. i have to rub my hands so they get hotter for the spots to go away what are they annoying things they look like i have a diesease wwhen its really cold!Www@Answer-Health@Com
