there is this website, afraidtoask!.com whichhas a page which says average penis size based on age!. so my question is, the page says average size for 13 year olds is 3!.5 inches, and for 14 year olds is 3!.9!. so the deal is im 13 (turning 14 in december)!. so my penis is about 4!.5 inches!. so obviously im a little above average for 13 year olds, which is my age!. however since im kind of close to 14, when comparing my size to the sizes on the chart, should i count myself as a 13 or 14 year old!? since i am turning 14 in about 4-5 monthsWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would say that you should look in the 13 yr old section because you are not 14 yet, and when you do turn 14 you can just remeasure you penis, and look at the chart again!. no biggy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Obviously that chart is rounded down it does not give a minimum size and max size for the age!.
