Answers:
The foreskin acts as a rolling bearing during sex, but it sounds like your foreskin is a bit tight!.
A tight foreskin is surprisingly common and can usually be self-treated at home in private!.
It involves stretching exercises (ideally in the bath/shower) to make it easier to pull back!. Be patient, because it must be stretched daily over several weeks, but it will be worth it in the end!

Well, it should not be uncomfortable!. My husband has foreskin, and yes you do pull it back a little!. There is not much skin to pull back once it is erect, but in order for it to be inserted it has to be pulled back!. In fact he thinks it feels very uncomfortable if you don't because the friction irritates the skin, not to mention makes inserting a lot more complicated!. I would ask a doctor, make sure everything is okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is pulled back when having sex but if you have never pulled it back (never masturbated, the foreskin will feel uncomfortable because it has not been conditioned to be in the pulled back condition) or just done so to clean the back of the glands (at this point the skin only is pulled enough to expose the tip) it will be a bit too tight!.
You may get your foreskin conditioned by slowly pulling it back as far as it goes (it will be uncomfortable for sure and painful) in time the foreskin will cover the shaft and will not be as painful---this will be the same way the skin will look like when having sex!.
Use some sort of lubrication to slowly pull back the skin, don't do without lubrication!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it slides up and down during sex!. It sounds like your foreskin is a bit tight!. Try and pull it back as far as it will go every day!. It should get looser after a while!. Masturbation helps too!. Normally by the time a guy has sex the foreskin can slide freely up and down!. If not, sex may be a bit uncomfortable!. Though using a condom can help with that!.

Foreskin must move freely uncovering completely the glans and during sex it just is that movement to give pleasure!. In your case probably you are suffering with a slight Phimosis and it's opportune you talk with an andrologist or surgeon to acquire a normal functionality!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will pull back by itself, you need not do any effort!.
Maybe you can stretch it a bit:retract it till it starts to hurt:hold it like that for 5 minutes!.Repeat that daily!.
Use a few drops of baby oil on the glans to make it slippery!.
In no time you can pull back the foreskin!.
