Ive been shot down there before and it hurt really really bad and even for a few days after, but my friend said he was playing and some kid got shot there and his sac was split open and an ambulance came!. Is that really possible for your sac to be split open!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ehh, this sounds like the makings of an urban myth!. I've been shot with a paintball and it does hurt, but unless he was naked when he was shot, I doubt it could tear flesh!. I think his underwear and pants/shorts would have prevented a tear, but I'm sure it still hurt!.
My brother tore his scrotum when we were kids when he had a bike wreck!. He came off the seat and came down on that center bar when he was jumping a ramp (do kids still do stuff like that!?)!. It took a whole lot of force and it did tear, but it was very small!. I don't think a paintball could do this, especially through his clothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sure it possible to split it open, especially if you're sensitive!. The skin's sensitive and if hit with enough force, can tear it!. The closer the shot is to the person, the easier it is to possibly burst it open!. That sounds painful and when playing, you should wear athletic gear!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
